Hello! I’m Valerie — a devoted mother, retired scientist, and aspiring author (along with numerous other identities). After retiring from my 30-year career as a public health scientist and environmental engineer, I am now excited about a new writing career. I’m interested in telling thought-provoking, inspiring stories about women, drawing from my own rich life’s experiences. This website is intended primarily for anyone interested in my writing projects or scientific research.
